Returns & Refund Policy

At Petite Loom, we want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@petiteloom.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the transaction.

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for return under the same conditions as full-price items.

International Returns

We accept international returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs or duties fees associated with the return.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@petiteloom.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost to you.
