At Petite Loom, we process all orders within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total. Petite Loom is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or circumstances outside our control.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@petiteloom.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 2 business days.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your return.
